These drill bits are made from high-quality HSS 4241 high-performance steel, which is renowned for its performance. The 135° drill point enables clean drill holes and fast, precise drilling. In accordance with the DIN 338 standard, the metal drill bits are right-hand cutting and have a roll-forged type N spiral, which ensures efficient chip removal. Thanks to the black burnished surface, the HSS-R drill bits are protected against corrosion and therefore offer an extended service life. Einhell drill bits are used in non-ferrous metals, aluminium and plastic and are particularly suitable for drilling work in sheet metal. However, they should not be used for stainless steel and steel. The drill bits provide excellent service for occasional use, particularly in the DIY sector.
