The 4-piece XS-CASE from Einhell offers a practical application-orientated solution with diamond holesaws in all common sizes 5 / 6 / 8 / 10 mm. This diamond core drill set is particularly suitable for working on extremely hard porcelain stoneware, marble and for roof tiles, wall and floor tiles. Thanks to the diamond-coated tip, it is also suitable for granite. It has been specially developed for dry cutting, whereby no additional coolant is required. An internal cooling gel with paraffin filling enables a long service life and continuous work performance without overheating. The super-thin turbo cutting edge of the holesaw set ensures an excellent cutting speed and generates significantly less dust, especially when working in the hardest porcelain stoneware. With a height of 10 mm and a segment thickness of 0.5 mm, the diamond-coated hole saw rim is designed for an extremely long service life, high cutting performance and professional use. Thanks to the E 6.3 shank, the core drill set for tiles fits all standard drill chucks and bit holders in commercially available cordless screwdrivers and drills. The hexagonal shank prevents the drill bits from slipping in the drill chuck. For optimum results, the diamond tile drill bits should be used without the impact function, whereby a high contact pressure in first gear and a maximum speed of 400 rpm are recommended to ensure precise and efficient cuts. It is also advisable to hold the holesaw at an angle when drilling in order to achieve precise positioning without slipping. The compact XS-CASE from Einhell has a carbon-look inlay that stores the tile drills safely and neatly. The practical storage box serves as an organised storage space and is equipped with a robust auto-lock clip closure that prevents accidental opening. Thanks to the transparent lid, the contents of the tool set can be seen at a glance.
