The 32-piece automotive impact socket and bit set from Einhell is a comprehensive solution for professional and demanding work in the automotive sector. The set consists of 18 impact-resistant power bits with a length of 30 mm and a 10 mm hexagonal shank, which are made of robust, manganese-phosphated S2 steel. This steel is much more resistant than conventional CrV steel and is therefore ideal for use at high torques. The power bits cover the most common drives in the automotive sector, such as Torx, Hex and multi-tooth (T25 / T30 / T40 / T45 / T50 / T55 / H4 / H5 / H6 / H7 / H8 / H10 / H12 / M5 / M6 / M8 / M10 / M12). The set is complemented by nine impact-resistant hexagonal socket wrenches with a length of 40 mm and a 1/2’ square receptacle. These are also made of resistant, manganese-phosphated CrMo steel and are available in the common sizes from 10 to 22 mm. For gentle wheel changes in the automotive sector, the set also includes three socket wrenches with a length of 80 mm and a width across flats of 17, 19 and 21 mm. These are equipped with a fully enclosing plastic sleeve that reliably protects the rim surface from scratches – a decisive advantage when working on delicate light-alloy rims. Another component of the car set is the socket adapter, which is made of particularly durable CrMo steel and makes it possible to use the sockets on small impact wrenches. The bit adapter, which is also included, is made of durable CrV steel and allows the use of power bits on 1/2’ square drive ratchets and impact wrenches.
